Q—How Can I Meet People and Develop Relationships at CBC?
Everybody at CBC is invited and encouraged to get connected to a small group or class on Sunday morning. We also have small group discipleship studies that meet on Sunday afternoons and evenings as well as other nights of the week. These groups are the best way to connect and build friendships.
Q—Will My Children Be Cared For?
Absolutely! We have a strong and bountiful children’s program including our exciting new KIDS Town beginning for children’s church in September of 2007 for children up to 2nd grade. Marty Jacobs—our minister to families— is awesome when it comes to caring about the environment and program for kids. They’re learning something every time they come in the doors at CBC!
Q—How About My Teenagers?
We have a tremendous group of students who are growing in number and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Our youth group leadership team, led by our minister to students Marty Jacobs, does a great job setting the standards, calling them to love God, and helping them through the struggles of growing up to be godly men and women.
Q—How Can I Join CBC?
Simple. We provide a “Discovering CBC Membership” class that details our history, our beliefs, our vision for the future, and what makes us unique and special. It’s also a time for us to get to know you better in order to help us find your perfect fit in the larger CBC community. If you’re interested in joining, just indicate that on one of the “welcome” cards on the side of the bulletin at morning worship. We’ll be in touch to give you details about the next class. Once you’ve completed this orientation, let us know if you want to join, and we’ll make arrangements to introduce you to formally to our church family.
